Rajeev Khandelwal’s First Interview With Rajeev Khandelwal Fanclub!
Rajeev Khandelwal Fanclub presents its first interview with the hero of the fanclub, Rajeev Khandelwal. Mr. Khandelwal speaks about himself, his debut movie, Mothers Day and much more! We have also had a rapidfire round with Rajeev.

General Questions :
How would you describe yourself ? What is your dream in life and do you think you have achieved it?
I am a very ordinary human being. A typical guy. And I have tremendous respect and love for all ordinary human beings. They are the best things to happen to earth.
My dream in life is to open an old age home for all those people who are lonely at their fag end of life. I want them to smile and love life before they shut their eyes for good.And i am pretty sure i will achieve my dream in a couple of years.
What are your expectations from your debut film, Aamir?
I am hoping that it does extremely well.
Everyone knows that Rajeev Khandelwal is a fitness freak. Can you tell us what does fitness mean to you? Please give some tips to the fitness freaks.
Fitness for me is the ability to live life with a smile. Fitness for me would be to wake up every morning and thank nature for being so beautiful.Fitness for me is the ability to bring smile on someone else’s face. And to achieve all this one has to be in love with oneself which is the first step towars fitness. Rest will follow. You don’t have to be rich, successful or good looking to fall in love with yourself. You just have to be proud of your existence. The only tip that i can offer is that think positive even in the most negative conditions.
Aamir is your debut movie, is there any film which you can relate to your life?
I look at life the way Rajesh Khanna looks at life in ‘Anand’ though i am not suffering from anything.
Mothers Day was on May 11th. What did you do on that day for your mother?
I made her cry! Sent her a huge bouquet at Jaipur, gave an article in the local newspaer and sent her a message through Aaj Tak and Star News. She was so overwhelmed that she was crying while speaking to me.
What does spirituality mean to you? What is your mantra in life?
Spirituality for me is your connect with yourself. My mantra in life is ‘love and let love’.
What is your biggest strength and weakness? Also the stress buster that always works for you?
I don’t have any strengths. I have a lot of weaknesses from where i draw all my strength. The only stressbuster for me is playing aggressive tennis or any other sport like swimming, badminton, squash.
What is your style statement? Which is your favourite brand in clothes?
I am yet to discover my style statement, i.e if i have any. I guess it could be my knack of not being in sync with the latest trend. My favourite brands are spykar(jeans), Guess and Roberto Cavialli(jackets)

Congrats for the Rajeev Khandelwal Fan Club. He is a fantastic actor. After watching Amir I can already predict for him a bright future like Shahrukh Khan who started his career with small screen. Amir is truly a well made, thought provoking movie and Rajeev stands out like a collosus. To rest an entire film on one’s own shoulders is a tough task. Rajeev has done it. Here is an actor with great future and what is so appealing is that he has his feet firmly planted on the ground. The interview taken by Sonya made a delightful read. My hearty compliments.
